Nashville Family Photography Highlights of 2019 by Dolly DeLong Photography

As I gear up for 2020, I cannot help but do a reflection of how 2019 was for my small business. It was not only a year of learning how to be a new mom, but it was a jam-packed year of working with over 50+ families in Middle Tennessee (and even beyond in Phoenix, Arizona)! This year I met so many milestones of getting to work with returning (and new) families. I got to do several destination portrait sessions in West Virginia and in Arizona. I discovered more of my “voice” in my photography business so that I could better serve my clients with joyful and radiant images. And finally, I started introducing film photography to my brand as well so that I can start offering both digital and film services to my clients!

2019 was, in fact, a HUGE year for Dolly DeLong Photography!

I could not have done it without all the families who continue to believe in me, and who invest their time with me (seriously, thank you all!) I love family photography so much, but this year my heart for family photography has grown exponentially because now that I am a mother I understand the importance of capturing milestone moments with your little one. I poured myself into each session in order to ensure that every mama was served well and left the session feeling confident that I captured moments with her little ones with timeless portraits.

Thank you all so much for investing in me in 2019! I hope and pray that 2020 I can continue to work with even more families in Middle Tennessee (and beyond) to best capture the radiant and cherished moments of family.
