Meg wears at least 20 hats a day and balances life with grace, joy, and laughter. Meg is a wife, mom, homeschool teacher, a believer, a supporter of adoption, and runs a thriving health-coaching business where she encourages her clients to not only achieve their desired health and wellness goals, but she also strives to set an example to her family as well on what it looks like to live a balanced and healthy life.
