Hey, everyone, and Happy New Year. If you are listening to this live, it’s 2022. And I am just so honored, you’re choosing to listen along to another episode of the systems and workflow magic podcast. Seriously, thank you so much. So now that the holidays are sadly behind us, I know as a creative business owner, this is around the time of year where I am putting on my planning hat and determining what my goals and dreams are for the year. So both personal goals and business goals. Now, I do want to clarify, I highly recommend doing an end of year assessment first to see what worked in your business and what didn’t work before you actually dive into planning. So I will link a resource in the show notes from Kat Schmoyer, who is the queen of quarterly planning, and my best friend and mentor. And she has taught me the value of actually looking back in order to better plan ahead. So I will link a great resource for you. If you’re wondering, well, how do I assess my past year? All right. Anyway, assuming you’ve assessed your past year, and you want to better plan your upcoming year, some of you may be listening and thinking right now. I’m Dolly, I hate creating goals. And I like to just let life happen to me in my business. And some of you may be in the other camp thinking Dolly, I have already played out 2022 When I was five years old, okay, because that is how future focused I am. So whatever camp you’re in, I’m happy you’re here. And honestly, I’m kind of in the middle of myself, though my close friends and family would disagree, because I’m always the one taking charge. And making most of the plans. Okay, so. But if I were to do a fair assessment, I would probably fall in the middle of both camps. And so the reason why I’m bringing up the topic of planning ahead, because you might be wondering, like, what the heck does this have to do with systems and workflow Dolly? Well, I promise I’m going to tie it so neatly. So just give me a little bit of time to clarify. So the heart of this podcast is centered around teaching other creative business owners how to find the joy and magic in all things systems, automations and workflows, and how to take baby steps into implementing strategic workflows and systems into your business. But what if I told you that there is a huge systems and workflow related bundle coming up at the end of this month, which is going to help you further dip your toes into more system workflow and automation education? And yes, I know it’s pretty much the same name as this podcast. But you know what? Systems are magical. And there you go. That’s my excuse. So let me tell you what this bundle is about. It’s a collection of exclusive and free resources to help the creative business owners start and actually implement systems and workflows in their business journey. I want the business center I want you to go from scattered to streamlined in 2022 and beyond, to actually create positive ripples in your small business, you’ll be able to sign up for the resources you want from some incredible educators who are actually experts in their fields. So Make sure you sign up in the link in the show notes to be on the waitlist. So let me answer who is this for. It’s intended for creative small business owners who are running the show on their own. So they may feel like they’re wearing about 25,000 hats, or they are operating their business with one to two contractors. And they still want to learn systems and workflows of different tools in order to truly scale and grow their business. So it was really made with you in mind, because I know the majority of my listeners are solo business owners, and they are learning how to scale their creative business with strategic workflows and systems. And they honestly just want to learn more about workflows and systems and how to apply it to their business. In, I may be making a very bold statement here. But even if you are not a creative business owner, or you don’t consider yourself a creative business owner, I know you will still find value in this bundle, because it is a huge resource of tutorials on how to implement strategies and workflows into various aspects of your business. And I know I said this before, but it’s free. So it’s a free resource bundle. So I have three reasons of why I created this, I decided to keep it at three points, because I created it for so many different reasons. But just like let me give you the highlight reel of why I created it. So reason number one is I strongly believe that systems and workflows are essentially essential, essentially essential for pretty much any type of business owner. And again, I will go out on a limb and I will boldly say that many traditional creative minded business owners aren’t the best at systems. And although they are very talented in their craft and business, they may often lack the skills and discipline to dig until truly learning about systems and workflows. Or they don’t have the time to become experts, even if they do dig in. So this is where this bundle comes into play. A second reason I created this is because I am a creative business owner myself. And I truly believe that systems can change the face of your business in some incredible in amazing ways. You see, I see firsthand the disconnect that many creative minded business owners struggle with. Honestly, I get it systems and workflows. It’s not a sexy topic, it’s it’s kind of boring sometimes. And I bet you are most likely not thrilled to dig into the data of your business in order to make more informed decisions on how to set up workflows and strategies that work for you. Or maybe you are, but again, a lot of creative business owners, you didn’t start your business to dive into data or systems or workflows. But I know that every business owner wants to see growth. So by creating this bundle with some amazing like minded business owners, I am wanting to help you find small tangible things you can do, again, baby steps to keep you and your business on track. Again on track when it comes to systems, workflows, and strategies. The third reason why I created it is because I failed miserably in 2020. And not because of the pandemic or anything COVID related. But because in 2020, I was in the mindset of I could do everything systems to everyone, everyone, meaning I needed to be or I could be the all encompassing systems and workflow educational resource for creative business owners. And I even created a mini course on different systems and workflows that one can would need to run a creative business. Now I did have some buyers, but overall it was a flop and a total failure. Not because of anything monetary. But because I wasn’t humble enough to admit that. I don’t know everything. But I’m here to tell you, I don’t know everything. I really don’t. And as a creative business owner who is making my mark online in order to create a positive ripple for my family. It’s really hard for me to admit that because I want to know it all. Are there any other No at all? Raise your hand if you want to know at all. Okay, but if you’re driving just keep your hands on the wheel. Okay.

So going back like, I want to be a nodal. I want to be the go to expert in my field of systems and workflows. Mostly because I want people to trust Me. But because I had that awful mindset of, well, it’s only me that can offer this, I need to be the go to expert. It totally just like, made it, I didn’t fail. And I don’t want you to hear that I failed in 2020. But I had because of that mindset, it really derailed my 2020 because I thought I had to be all to all four systems and workflows. And I do want to say, I think and believe I am great at systems and workflows, but only certain aspects, certain programs, because I’m still learning. And I think it’s okay to refer to others who are actually experts in specific fields, and to work alongside other people to bring answers and resources. But that took me two years to realize, isn’t that embarrassing? So I created this resource to point other creative business owners to actual industry peers, who are experts in workflows and strategies in these specific programs and fields. And you know what, that was so relieving to me, it truly is so relieving to work alongside other industry experts, and to bring great workflow and automation strategy. And I’m just laughing because this explanation took longer than I anticipated. But I just had to let you in on my faulty thinking and let you know that it took me a long time to figure out that I cannot be everything to everyone, especially when it comes to systems. That’s literally impossible. So now that I’ve answered the question of what, why and who? Let’s dive into the question of where can you access this bundle. So I can go on and on and on about all these resources and I could have listed out all 20 But I didn’t want to bore you. But again, I wanted to remind you again, these are not just freebies on these business owners websites, they’re actual products which a customer has to pay for.
