Would you believe me if I told you that you already have the tools you need to streamline and elevate your family photography business this year? One of my FAVORITE ways to streamline my business is to use Dubsado, a CRM software designed for photographers. Using Dubsado has saved me so much time and energy over the years as a Nashville family photographer. But, I understand that sometimes creating and understanding a software like Dubsado can feel super hard. That’s why I offer Dubsado VIP Days! Today, I want to share more about what these sessions are, who they’ll help, and how to sign up!

What are Dubsado VIP Days?

My Dubsado VIP Days are 5-hour intensives. During them, we work together to set up your Dubsado account, workflows, and streamline your business! Together, we’ll make sure your family photography business has every contract, email, template, and a master workflow in place so you can stop wasting time. After our virtual Zoom call (or in-person meeting), you’ll also have a library of videos outlining everything we did. This ensures you can update your account without me! I want you to walk away feeling confident with using this amazing software!

Who are Dubsado VIP Days for?

These sessions are designed for family photographers who use Dubsado. Ideally, they want to set up a workflow (or two!) and have a consistent experience already in place for their clients. They just know it could be streamlined. It’s helpful to have a basic understanding of Dubsado, but you don’t have to be an expert by any means! When our VIP Day is over, you’ll have a fully branded workflow. And as a bonus, you’ll even have a mini-session template to use for future sessions!

I only take TWO clients a month for Dubsado VIP Days, so make sure you schedule a call! We’ll have a quick chat and decide if we should get you scheduled for your Dubsado VIP Day!

What is NOT included in the VIP Day?

My Dubsado VIP Days are different from my Family Photography VIP Days, so make sure you’re thinking about which is the best fit for you. In comparison, my Family Photography VIP Days include branding photos as well as a 90-day content strategy session.
